He did a comprehensive physical exam and had me perform certain movements to see my baseline functionality. Then he taught me exercises to do daily to help with my complaints, in addition to giving me an adjustment. With his prescribed exercises and just 3-4 office visits, I am now low-back pain free! I still do the exercises occasionally when I have a twinge of pain and they are so helpful! What I love about this practice is they help you help yourself. It’s refreshing. You don’t just have to continue spending money without fixing your problem.”
